The Product Service Unit is dedicated to the support, maintenance, and enhancement of products post-launch. It ensures customer satisfaction, optimises product performance, and creates long-term value through comprehensive after-sales services. This includes customer support, technical assistance, maintenance and product lifecycle management, warranty and service contracts, installation and onboarding services, spare parts and logistics management, as well as gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
