Consumer Products & Electronics. R&D and Delivery center. European Headquarters

Xerox. United Kingdom

London’s European headquarters is a full-cycle hub for researching, developing, and commercializing consumer electronics, taking products from concept through testing, manufacturing, and launch. Cross-functional teams manage engineering, compliance, sourcing, packaging, logistics, and market adaptation while feeding customer insights back into future development. Danilo led the coordination of these efforts, ensuring hardware, software, and systems were integrated, production-ready, and successfully brought to market.

End-to-end innovation Hub

Based in the London area, the European Headquarters and research, development, and delivery center for consumer products and electronics operates as a full-cycle innovation and commercialization hub. The organization identifies new product opportunities by researching emerging technologies, customer needs, and market trends. Cross-functional teams then design, prototype, and test hardware, software, and materials to create user-ready solutions.

Engineering teams refine electronics, embedded systems, and industrial design while validating performance, safety, and sustainability. Once concepts are proven, delivery specialists convert prototypes into scalable manufacturing plans and supplier ecosystems. They manage tooling, sourcing, certifications, and regulatory compliance across global markets.

Quality assurance teams establish and enforce testing protocols to ensure consistency, reliability, and minimal defects. Packaging, labeling, and localization experts adapt products for various channels and regions, while logistics and distribution planners oversee warehousing, transportation, and launch readiness. Customer feedback, post-launch insights, and product support data are continuously fed back into the development cycle to inform future improvements.

Product development leadership excellence

Danilo played a key leadership role in ensuring that hardware, software, and systems were prototyped, developed, integrated, and tested to be market- and production-ready. He closely coordinated efforts across marketing, engineering, UX/UI, supply chain and procurement, regulatory compliance, packaging, validation, manufacturing, finance, program and project management, customer support, and field service to move both new and existing products from concept to launch.
