Digitalization in Corporate Offices. R&D, Cloud-based web app.
Xerox. United Kingdom and USA
This project focused on modernising and fully digitalising how product defects are tracked and monitored once products are in use at customer sites. By transforming a traditionally manual process into a streamlined digital workflow, the system ensures that critical defects and maintenance information are captured, shared, and analysed across corporate offices worldwide.
End-to-End digital process for product data
When a maintenance engineer repairs a product on the customer’s premises, incident data is now recorded digitally and flows automatically through multiple integrated applications that manage global product data. All defects and maintenance records converge into a secure cloud database, where a dedicated web application processes these data to generate key performance indicators (KPIs) on product reliability and performance. Through intuitive dashboards and clear reports, engineers and product teams can monitor defect trends, spot recurring issues, and take data-driven actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Strategic and operational project leadership
Danilo provided leadership at every stage of this digitalisation project, from initial concept development and requirements discovery to technical design, build, deployment, and operational rollout. His work ensured the project delivered lasting impact by making defect tracking more transparent, faster, and more actionable for global teams.
