Advanced Dimensional Measurement
This project focused on digitizing dimensional measurements of train frames within a manufacturing environment. It was used an innovative system combining a camera and a laser to capture key points on the frame. This allows for obtaining precise measurement data and visualizing the geometry on an intuitive digital interface, improving the process’s efficiency and accuracy.
Implementation and Rollout
As the activity leader, Danilo was responsible for the implementation, testing, and commissioning of this advanced system in a train manufacturing industrial plant. His expertise was crucial in ensuring a smooth integration and efficient operation, guaranteeing the system met demanding production standards and delivered reliable results.
