Line 2 is the second line of the Panama Metro network. The construction of this second phase of the Panama Metro is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Central America.

Urban Mobility Project Brief
Alstom alongside the Line 2 Consortium, comprised of Odebrecht and FCC, was tasked with the construction of Line 2 of the Panama Metro. The group provided a fully integrated metro system, which includes 21 Metropolis trains, traction substations, and advanced control solutions that manage train movement and ensure safe operation at high speeds and frequencies.
