Urban Mobility project composition

The Frankfurt transport operator, Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main (VGF), aimed to enhance service quality, support network expansion, and replace a significant portion of its aging first-generation tram fleet. The initial tender called for the procurement of 38 low-floor trams, but the order was progressively expanded to accommodate future needs, such as new lines and increased service frequency.

Light Railway project execution

The final order comprised 58 trams: 24 in a standard 31.5-meter version with capacity for 191 passengers, and 34 in a 40-meter version capable of carrying up to 248 passengers. As part of the Alstom team, Danilo held a leadership role, overseeing the building, testing, and commissioning of the trams to ensure full compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
